FAQ
Do I need to be in Portugal to buy or rent?
No. Most of our clients complete the entire process remotely. We arrange video tours, handle all paperwork, and can represent you at the notary with a Power of Attorney.
What is the difference between you and a regular estate agent?
A traditional agent represents the seller and earns commission from them. We work exclusively for you — the buyer or renter. Our goal is to get you the best property at the best price, not to close the fastest deal.
What happens if we don't find a property I like?
For the buying service, our fee is success-based — you only pay if a deal is completed. For rentals, we'll keep searching until we find the right match within your agreed timeline.
Which cities and regions do you cover?
We are based in Porto and operate across the Greater Porto area, Lisbon and the Algarve. If you're interested in another region, contact us — we may be able to help through our network.
How long does the process take?
For buying: typically 6–12 weeks from first consultation to signing, depending on mortgage needs and legal due diligence. For renting: most clients are signed within 2–4 weeks of starting the search.
